2016 Here it comes, ready or not!

2016  A new year. This is the time we reflect and make resolutions.  Let your health be  at the top of your list.  After all, if you are not healthy...then the rest of your resolutions can be compromised. Health lets us do those important things without having to weave our way around tiredness, pain, doctors, symptoms, fear. Health is truly wealth.  Health makes everything more valuable.  Being healthy right down to a cellular level makes all the difference.  Let's eat FOOD...not food like things.  Whole Foods.  95% Plant based.  I am 100% plant based...but that is not in itself enough..we must choose foods based on their micro- nutrient content and not just calories.  As the micro-nutrient density of the diet goes up, so does health.
